Block out the noise, man

"Invest in yourself, invest in you - UWELL?!"
JuLeo is a half-Lebanese, half-Syrian hip-hop/Rnb/pop artist living in Melbourne.
During his Club Talk interview he explains the progression of his music, having rapidly evolved over the last few years.
"I'm far from gangster. I don't like to get involved in that kind of scene, you know? I've always been really good with the ladies. And I've been through a lot of break-ups and relationships in my time. I can speak through my music about that love, and lust - and where it goes."
JuLeo struck a very relatable chord later on in the interview, discussing the struggles most beginner artists face in their early career.
“You have to truly embody who you’re becoming. My parents, my family, they’ve tried to be as supportive as they could. But they don’t see the vision as clear as I do, so it’s hard for them to know where I’m going. You can tell by their reactions, how their mannerisms change and their energy decreases – don’t put that on me! That can really stuff up your spirit, your energy and your drive. Just block out the noise, man.”
It's clear that JuLeo not only has a vested interest in Melbourne's creative space but also harbors a deep understanding of its key players, strategies, struggles and ambitions. His success has increased through consistent, high-quality output, but also positioning - something that isn't commonly spoken about. He knows producers, managers and artists working in Melbourne's biggest studios. He has a roster of talented vocalists on speed dial whenever someone needs a feature. He ensures that every music video to surface on his platform is a step up from the last. He knows the scene.
